Lacy H. Edwards, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer Lacy H. Edwards is responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for NEON Enterprise Software. Edwards has been leading high technology businesses for more than 35 years, with 23 years as CEO of companies such as Indicative Software, Evoke Software, Unison Software, Servio Corporation, and XA Systems Corporation. Edwards' recognitions include Insider Magazine "CEO of the Year," Harvard Business School Club of New York "Entrepreneur of The Year," Honeywell Division "Manager of the Year," and twice placing companies in the Inc. magazine's list of "500 Fastest Growing Companies." Edwards is a nationally known public speaker and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Angela Tucci, Chief Strategy Officer
Angela Tucci brings more than 15 years of executive management in the technology sector to her role as Chief Strategy Officer of NEON, and is responsible for development and execution of NEON’s corporate strategy and market direction. Angela’s experience includes co-founding and securing funding for Terraspring, a pioneer in cloud computing. She later co-founded Indicative Software, which validated the early market for what is known today as BSM, or Business Service Management. Her broad marketing background includes senior management positions at Leopard Communications, Clarify, and NewChannel. Angela has a degree in physics from Princeton University, and an MBA from Stanford University.
Thilo Rockmann,
President and Managing Director, NEON Europe
Thilo Rockmann leverages more than 12 years of experience in information technology to his role as President and Managing Director of NEON Europe. Rockmann is a motivated leader with a proven management track record as an IT director and innovative project management and technical skills as a systems engineer and technology consultant. He has extensive experience with large scale communications networks, databases, business applications, and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining NEON Europe, Rockmann held positions as IS director for Easynet and Ision Internet and technical positions with Sun Microsystems and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). Thilo holds a diploma in physics from the University of Hamburg and an MBA from the University of Wales.
Kevin Sharp, Vice President of Channel and System Integrator Sales
Kevin Sharp brings more than 20 years experience in sales operations, marketing, and strategy to his role as Vice President for NEON. He was CEO at DQFirewall, Interim CEO at Evoke, President of HillCast Technologies, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ETI. Sharp has built sales and marketing organizations and has a strong track record of positioning products and leveraging marketing strategies to create profitable organizations. Sharp holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Monash in Victoria, Australia.
Andrew Galewsky, Vice President of Engineering
Andy Galewsky came to NEON from Compliance Spectrum, where he was Vice President of Engineering. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President of Engineering at QD Technology, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of a unique high speed compression database. Previously Andy Galewsky was at Evoke Software, Inc., where as Vice President of Product Development he was responsible for the planning, development, and production of several major software products. Andy has also served as Vice President of Consulting Services and acting CTO at Net Quotient Consulting Group (formerly Pencom Web Works), a multinational consulting firm, and he was also co-founder and Chief Architect for BRC Health Care/Clinical Resource Systems.
