Chris Parker, Product Author
Chris Parker has more than 20 years of software development experience, primarily with DB2 dating back to version 2.3. He is the product author for the NEON Database Activity Monitor, and was involved in the early development of NEON's MoveOp products. Prior to joining NEON, Chris was the developer and architect for both the Database Performance Solution at BMC software and the DB2 recovery utilities at Platinum Technology.

Eric Spencer, Product Author
Eric has been involved in professional software development for more than 20 years. He is the author of NEON's Mission Control and iRepair IMS Utilities, and he is also responsible for development of NEON iChange and iRecover, NEON's IMS database recovery tools. He has been instrumental in architecting products for MoveOp, a new division of NEON. Prior to joining NEON in 1997 he was responsible for 3270 Datastream optimization products and network optimization at BMC Software.

Tom Harper, Product Author
Tom Harper is co-author of the NEON Eclipse Reorganization Utilities for IMS and author of the Eclipse Affinities Server for CICS. He has served as deputy project manager for the SHARE CICS project for more than 25 years, served on the SHARE Board of Directors, and is currently the AADI Program Manager. He has authored several SHARE CICS white papers, and received several best-session awards at SHARE. He holds numerous software patents. Before coming to NEON Enterprise Software in 1994, Tom helped launch BMC Software as developer of the CICS, VTAM, and IMS data stream optimization products. Tom was also a developer and instructor at the State of California. He has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of California.
